Dana 30 High Steer Knuckle
Finally a high-steering solution for the stock Jeep Dana 30 front axle!
The TeraFlex Dana 30 High-Clearance Steering Upgrade replaces the outer knuckle
on the passenger's side with a new, custom-manufactured high-clearance steering knuckle.
By raising the steering arm position, the kit restores the drag link's factory
position and returns ride quality to stock levels.

3.15:1 Dana 20 gearset for 15 spline autos
- This gear set converts the low-range ratio to 3.15:1 for better off-road performance.
It is similar to the Low20, but designed for factory Turbo400 AUTOMATIC transmissions.
It uses a fifteen-spline input gear which is common in vehicles from 1966-1973 with the

Cherokees, and Comanches with low crawl ratios. This kit increases rock-crawling performance
without affecting the high range for the trip to and from the back country. It provides true
4.0:1 reduction without the noise of older planetary systems. Every part in this kit is new;
there are no core charges. Shift linkage and driveshaft length changes are not necessary.
The Tera Low231’s high input torque rating suits it for use with V8 engines. Each Low231
is covered with our exclusive two-year warranty. The Tera Low231 is compatible with the 2WD
Low-Range Shift kit (Part #2LOW231) and the TeraLow Short Shaft kit (Part #231SS).

Tera CRD60R
The new Tera CRD60R is here! Pinion angle problems are virtually eliminated
with this housing. The contoured CRD bottom of the CRD 60R provides maximum ground clearance
that is unaffected by pinion angle. It's reinforced bearing caps are thicker to virtually
eliminate all flex and distortion. As with all Tera axles it features a custom mounting pad
that is convenient for anyone mounting a three-link suspension or torque control struts to
the housing. The Tera60R can be made ARB ready at no additional cost.

Tera 50R Housings

The Tera50R high-performance differential is the first Tera axle to use our
patent pending CRD design. The design provides extreme ground clearance that is virtually
unaffected by pinion angle. The Tera50R lends itself for use in the front where ring and pinion
strength is improved by changing to a high-pinion axle. The Tera50R is also an ideal, high-pinion
rear replacement axle for Dana 44 owners because most components from the Dana 44 can be used
in the Tera50R. Axle shafts, brake kits, yokes, and carriers can all be swapped over to the
new housing. The Tera50R comes standard with a reinforced differential cover to withstand
the abuse of off-roading that the thin, stamped-metal covers of standard differentials would
never survive. Each Tera50R comes ARB ready.

Disc Brake Kits - This disc brake kit is ideal
for anyone wanting to add a quality brake package to their axles. It provides :improved
braking capacity, better stopping in wet conditions, and stronger emergency brake
holding power. The internal drum parking brake provides outstanding holding power
when compared to other disc brake conversions. The bolt pattern on this kit matches
the ‘big-Ford’ housing ends. The brake rotor is offered in both 5 on
4½ and 5 on 5½ bolt patterns.
Kits are also available for all TJ's, ZJ's and YJ's and XJ's with the
stock Dana 35 c-clip axles. |

CV Joints - These CV joint axle components replace
the cross and cup universal joint in steering axle applications. The constant velocity
design eliminates the shock loading that occurs with conventional u-joints when the tires
are turned and power is applied in low-traction situations. These CV steering joints combined
with our high-strength alloy inner shafts can be used in both the Tera60R and Tera50R. |

Heavy Duty Knuckles - These inner knuckles will prevent
you from having to canabilize an entire axle assembly just to use the knuckles. Other
knuckle components will be available soon. |

TJ Rear Axle Bracket Kits - This kit includes all the
brackets needed to properly attach a new axle to a TJ Wrangler. These brackets are laser
cut from 3/16-inch steel and precision formed to ensure proper axle positioning and suspension
geometry. We currently offer a kit for the TJ rear. (Part #ABK-TR) A matching kit for
the front will be available soon. |

Rear Housing Ends, Big Ford Style - This ‘big-Ford’
new-style housing end can be welded on to your axle tubes. This is the style of housing
end used on all Tera axles unless otherwise specified. Other models will be available
soon. |

Tera 60R Axle Shafts - These 35-spline axle shafts
provide extreme strength for high-performance axles. Rolled splines ensure maximum strength.
They provide options for both 5 on 5½ and 5 on 4½ bolt patterns. Lengths
available for most popular Jeep applications. Sold in pairs. |

U-Bolt Conversion Kits for Dana 30, Dana 35, and Dana 44 axles
- This simple kit replaces the yoke and changes the strap used to secure the U-joint with
a stronger U-bolt style connector. The stronger U-bolt is also easier to replace after
breakage when compared to the standard strap. Extra U-bolts can be stored for emergency
use. This kit makes trail repair much quicker. |
